3. Our first milestone: Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) at Paschim Boragaon, Guwahati.

4. PHCC at Paschim Boragaon was inaugurated on 6th Nov, 2011.

5. The beneficiaries of this trust is the public in general without distinction of any religion, caste, creed etc.

Welcome to the North East Care Foundation (NECare).

The NECare is a public charitable trust and the beneficiaries of this Trust shall be members of the public in general without distinction of any religion, caste, colour or creed.

We are committed to provide health care and education to the needy people, especially in the North East part of India. Our activities will include health care, health education, assistance and guidance in seeking proper medical diagnostics and treatment, emergency treatment, providing medical assistance during natural disasters etc.

To start with, we have initiated a medical clinic at Paschim Boragaon, Guwahati, which has been inaugurated on November 6, 2011 by Sri Nipon Goswami, noted film & television actor and Dr. Nagen Goswami, Ex health officer, Bhutan Govt. This clinic will provide basic medical & healthcare facilities to the needy members of the society at a no-loss-no-profit basis.
